  • Hub Changelog — v1.11.0: refunds now send the customer a confirmation email and an in-app portal notification on every kind of refund (not just subscriptions); the admin payment audit trail now records money coming in (every completed payment) as well as going out (refunds); refund transaction references are always stored; and the payment drawer shows how each refund was returned. Already deployed.
  • Changelogs Intro — Hub version updated to v1.11.0 (Plugin v9.8.0, Theme v7.4.0, Core v2.9.1, Bug Tracker v1.1.0 unchanged).

  • Payment Gateways guide (Plugin docs) — rewritten and corrected to the current 10 payment methods (Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, Viva Wallet, Everypay, Nexi XPay, Eurobank, NBG i-bank Pay, Stripe, PayPal, IRIS), with a clearer set-up flow and the exact fields each method asks for. Added a "more methods on the way" note and a way to request a gateway you don't see.
  • License Tiers & Licensing overview (Licensing docs) — updated to the current two plans, Starter and Business. Clearer explanation of what each plan includes, the 30-day money-back guarantee, and how to try Flavor with a sandbox before you buy.

  • Flavor Core Changelog — v2.9.1 is now stable: a newer feature now stays correctly licensed even before the licensing catalogue catches up (fixes a "requires Business" lock that could appear on a Business license), and product setup respects the theme's on-demand module model. Now available to all licensed sites.
  • Hub Changelog — v1.8.0: the new HR module is registered in the licensing catalogue (correctly recognised at the Business tier), plus update-server endpoints for an upcoming desktop companion app.

  • Flavor Core Changelog — v2.9.0 is now stable: an opt-in license grace period (premium features keep working for a buffer after expiry so you can renew without disruption), one-click Backup & Rollback of any product or component, backup-store security hardening, and an internal data-storage migration. Now available to all licensed sites.
  • Theme Changelog — v7.3.2 is now stable: the theme now runs fully standalone without the shop plugin, smarter AI provider-key handling, and UI polish. Now available to all licensed sites.
  • Hub Changelog — v1.7.0 is now official: an opt-in license grace period — a recently-expired license stays valid through a configurable grace window so sites keep premium features while they renew (revoked/suspended licenses excluded; renewal reminders also go out 14 days ahead). The change was already live; this records it officially.
  • Changelogs Intro — Version numbers updated to Plugin v9.7.0, Theme v7.3.2, Core v2.9.0, Hub v1.7.0 (Bug Tracker v1.1.0 unchanged).

  • Hub Changelog — v1.6.1: reliable component updates for beta-channel sites — after a beta is promoted to stable, a beta site no longer gets stuck on an older component build (the update server now always serves the newest available build per channel). Stable-channel sites were unaffected.

Three structural threads land together: an ERP cost-source mass-apply tool (the "Default cost source for new products" setting now applies at product creation AND can be retroactively pushed to your existing catalog via a typed-confirmation button), admin-editable email templates with reset-to-default + proper supplier emails integration (Purchase Order notifications to suppliers are now editable like every other template, with a dedicated green-badged "🏭 Supplier Emails" section in the sidebar), and an "Assigned To" dropdown on the Contact create modal (was missing despite the database supporting it). Expired supplier prices no longer leak into cost calculations. PO emails handle SMTP failures cleanly. Internal: ~800 LOC reduction across the licensing surface via shared base classes living in Flavor Core.

  • Theme Changelog — Added v7.2.1 stable entry (promoted from v7.2.1-beta.1). Patch release closing 5 small-surface findings: the global admin checkbox visual safety net (fixes invisible-fill checkboxes on WP color schemes that don't expose the accent variable), Theme Core version display now stays in sync after fat-bundle updates, "Check for Updates" button now properly checks the theme-core component, and the Flavor Builder overview no longer spams the debug log when ContactFormModule is disabled. Internal licensing refactor — theme's licensing gate now extends a shared base class living in Flavor Core (~53% LOC reduction).

  • Modules Changelog — SMTP Mailer bumped to v1.0.4 (defensive boolean coercion on 5 checkbox settings; cleanup of an earlier scope-local color-scheme override now superseded by the theme-global safety net).

  • Flavor Core Changelog — Added v2.6.2 stable entry (promoted from v2.6.2-beta.1). Core takes on a larger role this cycle: hosts three shared base classes that the plugin + theme now extend (eliminating ~800 LOC of parallel-implementation drift across the licensing + integrity verification surface), wires up three previously-dead telemetry paths so the Hub now receives integrity scan results + sentinel flags from licensed customers, and patches the debug bridge to capture WP REST fatals + hard PHP fatals that were previously slipping through. Plus a security hardening on flavor_core_is_licensed() (closes the loosest license check in the system) and a fingerprint payload schema fix that REVISED same-day after a Lifetime-license regression — exp is now correctly optional for Lifetime tier customers.
