Flavor Hub is your central portal for managing licenses, subscriptions, downloads, and support for the Flavor ecosystem (Flavor Starter Theme & WP eCommerce Core Plugin).
What Can You Do?
Flavor Hub serves different needs depending on your account type:
All Users
- Subscribe to a plan and manage your subscription
- Download the latest product versions
- Manage your license activations across domains
- Get support via the built-in ticketing system
- Stay informed with in-app notifications and announcements
Developers
Everything above, plus:
- Create licenses for your own sites (up to a configurable limit)
- Manage individual orders with per-order cancel and refund
- Purchase additional sites beyond your plan's included allocation
Resellers
Everything above, plus:
- Unlimited license creation for your clients
- Client management — create and manage sub-client accounts
- Earn commissions via the Referral model, or buy at discount via the Managed model
- API access with API keys for programmatic license and client management
- Webhooks for real-time license event notifications
Agency Partners
Everything above, plus:
- Bulk Packs — purchase volume-discounted license packs
- Commitment Tiers — enroll in annual commitments at reduced per-license rates
- Agency inquiry — submit structured partnership proposals

Upgrading Your Account
You can upgrade from Customer to Developer or Reseller for free at any time (requires an active subscription and at least one activated domain). Agency requires an application and admin approval. See Managing Your Account for details.
