Managing Your Account

Profile Settings

From the Profile page, you can update:

  • Name — your display name across the portal
  • Company — your company or organization name
note

Your email address cannot be changed after registration. Contact support if you need to change your email.

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to ProfileChange Password
  2. Enter your current password for verification
  3. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
  4. Click Save

Account Types

Flavor Hub has four account types with increasing capabilities:

CustomerDefault type. Licenses auto-provisioned, basic management.
DeveloperCan self-create licenses up to a configurable limit. Per-order management.
ResellerUnlimited license creation, client management, partner program access.
AgencyEverything Reseller has, plus Bulk Packs and Commitment Tiers.

Upgrading Your Account

Customer → Developer

Upgrade for free if you have:

  • An active subscription
  • At least one activated domain (license activated on a WordPress site)

Customer / Developer → Reseller

Same requirements as above. Upgrading to Reseller automatically:

  • Creates your Partner profile
  • Generates a referral code (FLV-XXXXXX)
  • Takes you to the Partner Onboarding flow

Reseller → Agency

Agency upgrade requires admin approval:

  1. Go to your Partner Dashboard
  2. Click Apply for Agency
  3. Your application is reviewed by our team
  4. You'll be notified when approved (or asked for more information)

You can check your application status on the partner dashboard at any time.

How to Upgrade

Go to SubscriptionUpgrade Role and select your target role. The upgrade is instant (except Agency, which requires approval).

Orders & Refunds

Viewing Orders (Developer+)

From SubscriptionOrders, you can see all completed payments with:

  • Payment date and amount
  • Linked licenses
  • Refund eligibility window

Cancelling an Order

Cancel a specific order to revoke its linked licenses without requesting a refund. Useful if you created licenses by mistake.

Refunding an Order

Request a refund for a specific payment within the refund window:

  • The payment is refunded via Viva Wallet
  • Linked licenses are automatically revoked
  • If the order was referred by a partner, the partner's commission is reversed

Session & Security

  • Sessions use JWT tokens that automatically refresh
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately
  • For additional security, always log out from shared devices
