Partner Onboarding
After upgrading to Reseller and selecting your economic model, you need to complete onboarding before you can start operating.
Onboarding Steps
1. Select Your Model
Choose between Referral and Managed. See Referral Model and Managed Model for detailed comparisons.
2. Complete Your Business Profile
Fill in your business details:
| Field | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Company Name | Yes | Your registered business name |
| IBAN | Yes (Referral) | Bank account for commission payouts |
| VAT Number | Optional | Validated via the EU VIES system in real-time |
| Tax Office | Optional | Your tax jurisdiction |
| Accept Terms | Yes | Partner program terms and conditions |
VAT Validation
If you provide a VAT number, it's validated in real-time against the European VIES database. Invalid VAT numbers are rejected. This is optional — you can complete onboarding without a VAT number.
3. Receive NFR Licenses
Upon successful onboarding, you automatically receive NFR (Not-For-Resale) demo licenses — one for each product. These are for:
- Testing and demonstrating the products to potential clients
- Setting up your own development/staging environments
- NFR licenses don't count toward your usage limits
After Onboarding
Once onboarding is complete, you gain access to:
- Partner Dashboard — earnings, referral code, stats
- Client Management — create and manage sub-clients
- License Creation — unlimited license creation for clients
- API Keys — for programmatic access
- Webhooks — for event-driven integrations
For Managed Model
After onboarding, you'll also need to:
- Select billing mode — Prepaid or Credit
- Optionally set up card-on-file — for credit billing or extra discounts
Updating Your Profile
You can update your business details at any time from Partner Dashboard → Profile:
