Referral Model

The Referral model lets you earn commissions by recommending Flavor products. Share your unique referral code, and earn a percentage of every purchase made by customers who sign up using your code.

How It Works

1. Share your referral code (FLV-XXXXXX) — include it in your blog, social media, newsletter, or share directly with clients
2. Customer registers using your code during sign-up
3. Customer purchases a subscription or additional licenses
4. You earn commission — a percentage of each payment

Commission Rates

Rates depend on your partner tier:

Tier	Initial Purchase	Renewal
Certified	25%	15%
Premium	30%	20%

Rates are configurable by administration and shown on the Model Selection page. The rates above are defaults.

Commission Lifecycle

Each commission goes through these stages:

Stage	Description
Pending	Commission created, but within the customer's refund window
Confirmed	Refund window has passed — commission is locked in
Paid	Commission has been included in a completed payout

If the customer requests a refund during the pending period, the commission is automatically reversed.

Viewing Commissions

Go to Partner Dashboard → Commissions to see:

• Commission history (paginated)
• Filter by status (Pending, Confirmed, Paid)
• Each entry shows: customer, amount, rate applied, status, and payout reference (if paid)

Referral Customers

Go to Partner Dashboard → Referrals to see all customers who registered using your code:

• Customer name and email
• Account type (Customer, Developer, Reseller)
• Registration date

Requesting a Payout

When you have confirmed commissions:

1. Go to Partner Dashboard → Request Payout
2. The system bundles all confirmed commissions into a single payout
3. Requirements:
   • IBAN on file — set during onboarding or in profile settings
   • Minimum threshold — default EUR 50 (configurable by admin)
   • No existing pending payout — one active payout request at a time
   • Payout schedule — payouts may be restricted to specific days (configurable by admin)

Payout Processing

• Once requested, the payout enters "Requested" status
• The admin team reviews and processes it
• After processing, you receive the funds to your IBAN
• Payouts are typically processed within 2-3 business days after request

Viewing Payouts

Go to Partner Dashboard → Payouts to see:

• All payout requests with amounts
• Status: Requested, Processing, Completed, Rejected
• IBAN used, reference number, dates

Premium Tier Auto-Upgrade

You're automatically upgraded from Certified to Premium when you reach configurable thresholds:

• Referral count — number of referred customers
• Revenue amount — total commission earned

Premium tier gives you higher commission rates on all future purchases (existing commissions keep their original rate).
