Agency is the highest partner tier in the Flavor ecosystem. It's designed for established web agencies managing many client sites who need volume pricing and flexible purchasing options.

Becoming an Agency
Agency requires admin approval. The process:
Eligibility
- You must be an active Reseller with a track record
- Active subscription required
Application
- Go to Partner Dashboard → Agency Status
- Click Apply for Agency
- Your application is submitted and the admin team is notified
- You can check the status on your dashboard at any time
Review Process
- Applications are reviewed by the team
- You may be contacted for additional information
- Once approved, your account is upgraded to Agency immediately
- You gain access to Bulk Packs, Commitment Tiers, and Agency Inquiry
Agency Inquiry
Once approved as Agency, you can submit a structured partnership inquiry via Partner Dashboard → Partnership Inquiry. This creates a high-priority support ticket with your responses to:
- Current number of clients
- WooCommerce clients (potential migrations)
- Migration interest level
- Preferred bundles (Starter/Business)
- Payment preference
- Technical familiarity
- Preferred communication language
- Additional notes
