Bulk Packs

Agency Only

Bulk Packs are exclusively available to Agency partners.

Bulk Packs let you pre-purchase a block of license credits at significant volume discounts. As you add sites for clients, credits are automatically consumed from your pack.

How It Works

1. Purchase a pack — choose size, bundle, and billing cycle
2. Credits are assigned — your pack shows available credits
3. Create licenses — each new license deducts a credit from your oldest active pack
4. Pack exhausted — when all credits are used, the pack status changes to "Exhausted"

Purchasing a Pack

1. Go to Partner Dashboard → Bulk Packs
2. Review the pricing for each pack size
3. Select:
   • Pack size — 10, 20, or 30 licenses
   • Bundle — Starter or Business
   • Billing cycle — Yearly or Monthly (determines license duration)
   • Target client (optional) — assign all licenses to a specific client
4. Click Purchase → complete the Viva Wallet checkout
5. After payment confirmation, your pack is activated and credits are available

Using Pack Credits

Credits are consumed automatically when you create licenses:

• When adding a site via Add Site, the system checks for active packs with available credits
• Credits are deducted from your oldest active pack first (FIFO)
• Each license creation uses one credit
• You can check your remaining credits on the Licenses page → Pack Credits

Pack credits show:

• Total credits available across all active packs
• Per-pack breakdown — pack size, bundle, used, remaining, status

Managing Packs

View all your packs at Partner Dashboard → Bulk Packs:

License Renewal

Bulk pack licenses are annual (1 year from creation). The system handles renewals automatically:

Renewal Priority

When a license approaches expiry (30 days before), the system checks:

1. Available pack credits (same bundle)? → Auto-consume 1 credit, extend license +1 year. No payment needed.
2. No credits, but Credit billing mode? → Renewal charge added to your monthly invoice at partner discount.
3. No credits, but card on file? → Charged automatically via your saved card.
4. None of the above? → Email reminder sent — purchase a new pack or renew manually.

Keep Credits Available

If you want seamless auto-renewal, keep an active pack with available credits. Renewals consume credits from the same bundle (Starter pack credits renew Starter licenses).

Renewal Notifications

• 30 days before expiry: Email notification listing which licenses are renewing
• After auto-renewal: Confirmation of credits consumed or invoice charges added
• Dashboard shows expiring licenses with countdown badges

Refunding a Pack

You can request a refund for a bulk pack:

1. Click Refund on the pack
2. Confirm the action

What happens:

• The payment is refunded via Viva Wallet
• All licenses linked to the pack are revoked (deactivated on all domains)
• The pack status changes to "Refunded"

Refunding a pack revokes ALL licenses created from that pack, even those already activated on client sites. Ensure your clients are informed before requesting a refund.
