Subscription Plans
A subscription is required to access downloads, receive updates, and use your licenses. Flavor Hub offers flexible plans tailored to different needs.
Available Plans
Visit the Plans page in your portal to see current pricing. Plans are available with monthly or yearly billing cycles.
Bundles
Each plan comes with a bundle that determines the feature tier of your auto-provisioned licenses:

What's Included
Every active subscription includes:
- Product downloads — always get the latest version
- Automatic updates — WordPress-native update notifications
- Auto-provisioned licenses — licenses are created automatically when you subscribe
- Support access — submit and manage support tickets
- Notifications — product updates and announcements
Subscribing
- Go to Plans in your portal
- Select your desired bundle and billing cycle
- Click Subscribe — you'll be redirected to the secure Viva Wallet checkout
- Complete the payment
- You'll be redirected back to the portal with your subscription active
Your licenses are automatically provisioned after successful payment.
Managing Your Subscription
From the Subscription page, you can:
View Current Plan
See your active plan, bundle, billing cycle, and next renewal date.
Payment History
Review all past payments with amounts and dates.
Cancel Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription to stop auto-renewal
- Your access continues until the current billing period expires
- Licenses remain active until expiry
Toggle Auto-Renewal
- On (default): Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period
- Off: Subscription expires at the end of the current period
Refund
Refunds are available within a configurable window (default: 30 days) from the initial purchase. Requesting a refund cancels your subscription and revokes all associated licenses.
Tax Information
Prices may include or exclude tax depending on your region and the Hub's tax configuration. The tax rate, label, and display mode are shown on the checkout page and in your payment history.
Adding More Sites
Your subscription includes a base number of site licenses. If you need more:
- Go to Subscription → Add Site
- Choose the bundle (Starter, Business, or Theme Only)
- Complete the Viva Wallet checkout
- Two new licenses are created (Theme + Plugin) and linked to your account
Reseller and Agency partners have unlimited site capacity.
Upgrading a License
To upgrade an existing Starter license to Business:
- Go to Subscription → License Upgrade
- Select the license to upgrade
- The price is pro-rated based on the remaining days in the license period
- Complete the checkout for the price difference
- Your license tier is updated immediately
Business tier unlocks the full ERP suite (Invoicing, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, CRM), advanced modules, and premium theme features.
