Plans & Features
Flavor comes in two plans: Starter and Business. A license is required to activate Flavor and set up your store in the first place — a never-activated install runs in a minimal, license-only mode — so there is no free version and no time-limited trial. Both plans give you the complete storefront; the difference between them is the built-in ERP. (Activation is different from renewal: if your subscription lapses later, your store stays online and keeps taking orders — see what happens if your subscription lapses.)
Head to the customer portal at admin.flavorteam.dev/portal, create an account, and open a support ticket asking for a sandbox for live testing. We'll set you up so you can try Flavor out properly before you commit.
Starter
Everything you need to run an online store:
- Products, cart, checkout, and order management
- Every payment method, including card payments, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (see the full list)
- Courier and shipping integrations
- Marketplace product feeds (Skroutz, BestPrice)
- The full set of storefront modules, such as wishlist, compare, quick view, product bundles, and live search
Business
Everything in Starter, plus the full ERP suite built directly into your store:
- Invoicing with myDATA
- Inventory and warehouse
- Purchasing
- Accounting (General Ledger)
- CRM
- HR
Business also unlocks the developer modules (custom CSS and custom JavaScript).

30-day money-back guarantee
You pay from day one, but you're covered: if Flavor isn't the right fit, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase from your portal. The refund cancels your subscription and releases the associated licenses, no questions asked.
Upgrading from Starter to Business
You can move up at any time from your portal under Subscription → License Upgrade:
- Select the license you want to upgrade.
- The price is pro-rated for the days remaining in your current period, so you only pay the difference.
- Complete the checkout, and the ERP features unlock immediately.
Reselling or managing sites for clients?
Agency and Reseller are not purchase plans. They're part of the Flavor partner program, which gives agencies and resellers their own account type and site capacity for managing client stores. See the partner documentation to learn more.
