Managing Licenses

Viewing Your Licenses

Go to the Licenses page to see all your licenses. Each license shows:

  • License key (partially masked for security)
  • Product — Flavor Starter Theme or WP eCommerce Core
  • Tier — Starter or Business
  • Status — Active, Revoked, or Expired
  • Source — Individual, Bulk Pack, Commitment, or NFR
  • Activated domains — which sites are using this license
  • Expiry date

Use the toolbar filters to narrow down your licenses:

  • Status — Active, Revoked, Expired
  • Source — Individual, Bulk Pack, Commitment, NFR
  • Search — search by license key or domain

Resellers and Agencies also see licenses created for their sub-clients.

Activating a License

Activation happens from your WordPress admin panel:

  1. Install the Flavor Starter Theme or WP eCommerce Core Plugin
  2. Go to the license activation page in WordPress admin
  3. Enter your license key
  4. Click Activate — the plugin/theme communicates with Flavor Hub to register your domain

Deactivating a License

To move a license to a different site:

  1. Go to Licenses in Flavor Hub
  2. Find the license and click on it to see activated domains
  3. Click Deactivate next to the domain you want to release

Alternatively, deactivate from your WordPress admin panel.

Renewing Licenses

When licenses are approaching expiry:

  1. Go to Licenses → a renewal info banner appears at the top
  2. Select the licenses you want to renew
  3. Click Bulk Renew
  4. Complete the Viva Wallet checkout
  5. License expiry dates are extended upon payment confirmation
Auto-Renewal

If your subscription has auto-renewal enabled, your licenses are renewed automatically — no manual action needed.

Partner Credit Mode Renewal

If you're a Managed partner with Credit billing, license renewals are added automatically to your monthly invoice 30 days before expiry. See Managed Model — License Renewal for details.

Upgrading License Tier

To upgrade a Starter license to Business:

  1. Go to SubscriptionLicense Upgrade
  2. Select the Starter license to upgrade
  3. The upgrade price is pro-rated based on remaining days
  4. Complete the checkout for the price difference
  5. The license tier changes to Business immediately
note

Business tier requires a Business Bundle subscription. If you're on Starter Bundle, you'll need to upgrade your subscription first.

License Usage

Check your current license usage from the Licenses page:

  • Total licenses — how many active licenses you have
  • Limit — your maximum (Developers have a configurable limit; Resellers/Agencies are unlimited)
  • Remaining — how many more you can create

NFR (demo) licenses are excluded from the usage count.
