Connect ΕΡΓΑΝΗ II

The ERP can connect to ΕΡΓΑΝΗ II, the information system of the Greek Ministry of Labour (Υπουργείο Εργασίας). This first release sets up and verifies that connection: you enter your ΕΡΓΑΝΗ interoperability credentials and confirm they work, so your store is ready for work-card submissions when they arrive.

ΕΡΓΑΝΗ is part of the Business plan and lives in the ERP under Settings → ΕΡΓΑΝΗ. It is available from Plugin version 9.8.0. Only ERP administrators can open it.

What this page covers today

The ΕΡΓΑΝΗ integration is currently at its connection stage — you can save your credentials and run a connection test. Submitting the Ψηφιακή Κάρτα Εργασίας (digital work card), hires, schedules or overtime to ΕΡΓΑΝΗ is not yet available; it is planned for a future update. Setting up the connection now means you'll be ready the moment submissions go live.

What you'll need

  • A ΕΡΓΑΝΗ II interoperability account for your business — a username and password. No API key is required (unlike myDATA).
  • Your employer ΑΦΜ (and your branch number, if you file for a specific branch).
  • The Business plan.
note

The username and password are the interoperability credentials issued for your business by ΕΡΓΑΝΗ — the same kind of account you'd use to connect any external software. If you don't have them yet, obtain them from ΕΡΓΑΝΗ before continuing.

Open the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ settings

  1. Go to eCommerce → ERP in your WordPress admin.
  2. In the ERP sidebar, under Settings, click ΕΡΓΑΝΗ.

If your license is on the Starter plan the entry appears locked. The page is visible only to ERP administrators.

Step 1 — Enter your credentials

Under API Credentials:

  • Username and Password — your ΕΡΓΑΝΗ interoperability user. They are stored encrypted. After you save, the fields show blank with a Saved hint — just click and type to replace a value.

  • Login type — how your account signs in to ΕΡΓΑΝΗ. Choose the one that matches how your account was set up:

    • 01 — External user (Εξωτερικός Χρήστης Παραρτημάτων) — the most common setup, and the default.
    • 02 — ΕΡΓΑΝΗ credentials (Σύνδεση με κωδικούς «ΕΡΓΑΝΗ») — pick this if you sign in with your regular ΕΡΓΑΝΗ credentials.
    • 03 — ΕΦΚΑ building-works (Οικοδομοτεχνικά Έργα).

If you're not sure, start with 01. If the connection later fails with «Τα στοιχεία δεν είναι σωστά» even though your username and password are correct, changing this is the first thing to try (see Troubleshooting).

Step 2 — Enter your employer details

Under Employer:

  • Employer ΑΦΜ — your business's tax number.
  • Branch (ΑΑ Παραρτήματος) — leave as 0 for your head office (Έδρα), or enter the branch number you file for.

Step 3 — Choose the environment

Under Environment:

  • Test (trial) — recommended while you set things up. Your credentials are checked against the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ trial system.
  • Production — the live ΕΡΓΑΝΗ system. A warning appears when you select it, because future submissions sent here will be legally binding.

Start with Test. Until work-card submission is available, this setting only decides which ΕΡΓΑΝΗ system your connection test checks against.

Step 4 — Save and test the connection

  1. Click Save Settings.
  2. Click Test Connection. This looks up your employer in ΕΡΓΑΝΗ to confirm your credentials work. The button becomes available once your username, password and employer ΑΦΜ have been saved.
  • Success — your ΕΡΓΑΝΗ credentials are verified. You're set up and ready for when submissions go live.
  • Failed — a message explains what went wrong; see Troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting

  • "Credentials are not correct" / «Τα στοιχεία δεν είναι σωστά» even though your username and password are right → change the Login type and try again. Most accounts are 01 or 02; switching between them resolves this in the majority of cases. Save, then Test Connection again.
  • Test Connection button is greyed out → save your username, password and employer ΑΦΜ first.
  • Password copied from elsewhere → any stray spaces at the start or end are removed automatically, so a copy-paste won't fail for that reason.

Changing or removing your credentials

  • To replace the username or password, type the new value in the field and click Save Settings.
  • Clear saved credentials removes the stored username and password — you'll need to enter them again before you can test or connect.
  • Changing your environment or login type means your connection is re-verified the next time it's used, so run Test Connection again after either change.
  • HR — the HR module the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ integration belongs to (employees, leave and time tracking). Time entries are already built to support the upcoming ΕΡΓΑΝΗ digital work card.
  • Plans & Features — what's included in the Business plan.
